RecallRadar Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RecallRadar (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Description of Service

RecallRadar is a mobile application that:

• Monitors product recalls from government sources
• Sends personalized alerts for products you track
• Provides product safety information
• Offers premium features through subscription

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person per account (no sharing)
• You must be at least 13 years old

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You AGREE to:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate product information
• Respect other users’ privacy
• Comply with all applicable laws

You AGREE NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
• Create false or misleading accounts
• Scrape or copy our data without permission
• Resell or commercialize our services
• Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

• Track up to 10 products
• Basic recall alerts
• Limited features

Premium Tiers

• Premium ($9.99/month): Unlimited products, barcode scanning, priority alerts
• Pro ($29.99/month): All Premium features plus API access, bulk operations

Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly
• Payments processed through app stores
• Cancel anytime through your app store account
• No refunds for partial months

Free Trial

• 7-day free trial for new Premium subscribers
• Full Premium features during trial
• Automatic billing starts after trial ends

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

• All App content is owned by RecallRadar, Inc.
• Includes logos, text, graphics, and functionality
• Protected by copyright and trademark laws

Your Content

• You retain ownership of your data
• You grant us license to use your data to provide services
• We may use anonymized data for improvements

Government Data

• Recall data is sourced from public government databases
• We do not claim ownership of government data

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimer

• THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES
• We don’t guarantee 100% accuracy of recall information
• We are not liable for missed recalls or delays

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the subscription fee paid
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecallRadar, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

11. Termination
