4. Acceptable Use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Limited daily scans
• Basic features
• Contains advertisements

Premium Subscription

• Unlimited scans
• Advanced features
• Ad-free experience
• Billed through Google Play Store

Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through Google Play
• No refunds for partial billing periods

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit
• You grant us license to use submitted content for service improvement
• You are responsible for content you submit

Our Property

• The App and its original content are our property
• Protected by copyright and trademark laws
• “ScamShield” is our trademark

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimers

No Guarantee

• We do not guarantee 100% scam detection accuracy
• The App is a tool to assist, not replace, your judgment
• Always exercise caution with suspicious content

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify or discontinue features without notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for losses from scams not detected by the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Content you submit

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings.
